Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery (Small Items): 5–10 business days
- Furniture & Large Appliance Delivery: 7–14 business days. A delivery appointment will be scheduled with you directly.
- Free Delivery: Available on qualifying orders over $499.
White Glove Delivery For large furniture and appliance orders, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes in-home delivery, placement in your room of choice, and removal of packaging materials. Contact us for pricing details.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it quickly.
